Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days

  • Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at our support email. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement.
